We have worked within the craft industry for over 13 years, the last 10 of which we have specialised in rubber stamping and papercraft. We do NOT open on Sundays or Mondays - any emails and orders received after 5.00pm on a Saturday will not be seen by us until the Tuesday morning of the following week. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance of the order.

When a confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will confirm acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertantly under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contract you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. We do not hold back orders. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Telephone orders are welcome: please call 01702 469093 during opening hours using your credit card, or you may wish to send your order with a cheque to our Southend shop (address as above).
Shipping And Handling Shipping & Handling within the mainland UK* (exclusions apply, see below) is calculated on order value as follows:-

£0.00 - £9.99: £2.00

£10.00 - £19.99: £3.00

£20.00 - £49.99: £4.00

£50.00 - £99.99: £5.00

£100 and over: £5.50

*Orders outside of mainland UK will be charged shipping at actual cost. If you would like to be advised of the shipping costs before despatch, please indicate this in the special instructions section of your order. Shipping policies are subject to change without notice.

*Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Highlands and Islands of Scotland are considered outside of mainland UK and are charged postage at cost, should actual postage exceed the standard charge on your order.
Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order within 2-4 working days (please note we do not operate on Bank Holidays, Sundays and Mondays). If there is going to be a longer delay in the despatch of your order we will endeavour to let you know.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union: 17.5% VAT is included within the prices shown. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, please see our Returns Policy below. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Refunds: Please do not return goods without an authorisation number. This can be obtained by emailing to enquiries@pullingontheglitz.co.uk

Items which arrive damaged or faulty: please notify within 7 days of receipt. We will pay for return of goods if required via First Class post. You will need to get proof of postage from the Post Office.

Changed your mind? We will be happy to refund if goods are returned in original condition and the packaging unopened. Please return within 7 days of receipt of original order - we recommend Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Items are returned at your expense. Please note we do not accept responsibility for returned goods damaged in transit to us.

We do not offer an exchange service - replacement goods should be re-ordered through the website.

All refunds are paid via the credit/debit card used in the original transaction.
